Just in time for the warmer weather, we’ve added three new signature salads to our cafe menu! The Ancient Grain, The Kale and The Spinach are each topped with fresh, seasonal veggies, hearty grains and artisanal made-in-house dressings.
The Ancient Grain
Red kale, organic blue barley, farro, cucumber, tomato, radish, feta, crispy spiced chickpeas and tzatziki dressing.
Baby spinach, buckwheat, asparagus, tomato, chopped egg, mushroom, crispy onions, goats cheese, salt pork, red wine and Dijon vinaigrette.
Baby kale, honey roasted carrots, fresh garbanzo beans, shaved fennel, peas, oranges, almonds, lemon, olive oil and mint.
