Just in time for the festive season, Railtown Cafe’s Pastry Chef Alex Abley is offering a variety of delicious grab-and-go holiday treats, including ‘florentine cookies’ made with vanilla shortbread, caramelized honey, orange zest and almonds, ‘linzer cookies’ with raspberry rosewater jam, and ‘vanilla kipferl cookies’.
All are available in the cafe for $3 each (and don’t forget that we also offer a wide selection of gluten-free treats all year round!).
